Inspired by age-old souk recipes, it combines warm Ceylon cinnamon, earthy cumin, sweet paprika, and fragrant coriander, layered with hints of ginger, turmeric for a touch of exotic depth. The result is a beautifully balanced mix—sweet, savoury, and subtly spiced—perfect for slow-cooked stews of meat (traditionally lamb), vegetables, or chickpeas. Deeply evocative and comforting, this blend tells a story with every simmering pot.
