Shipping Policy
At Jivana Spices, we take pride in ensuring that your orders are carefully prepared and promptly shipped to your doorstep. We believe in transparent and affordable shipping methods to deliver our artisan spice blends, seasonings, and dal meal boxes.
Our packaging is designed to preserve the quality and freshness of our products while minimizing environmental impact. We use sustainable materials and strive to reduce waste in every shipment.
We aim to provide cost-effective shipping options, and we are committed to keeping our customers informed about any associated costs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure that you receive our products in a timely and reliable manner.
Delivery Policy

Delivery is currently only available in the UK.
​
​Our standard delivery cost is £3.50 per order. We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders of £36 and over, and weighing under 2 kilograms. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked.

All Orders placed through our website will normally be delivered within 3 to 5 days after the date of the Order Confirmation unless otherwise agreed or specified during the Order process (subject to delays caused by events outside of our control).

As soon as you have paid for your order, the Jivana Spices Products in that order will belong to you and they will become your responsibility as soon as they are delivered to you.

As your order may not fit through your letterbox, please give a safe place or alternative address where someone will be available to receive your order. As these products are food items, we are unable to accept returns for refunds unless the product is defective and it remains unopened.

Jivana Spices will not be held responsible for any delivery delays resulting from the customer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. If the delivery address is incorrect and an order needs to be resent, the charges will be passed on to the customer.
Changing Your Order

Your order may not be possible to change once placed, but please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Dispatch Times
​
When you place an order, we aim to dispatch within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). As our blends are made freshly according to your order, we need this time to prepare your products.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are also not happy and we’re here to help if you have changed your mind about a product or if you are dissatisfied for any reason.
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. As this is a food item, to be eligible for a return, the item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED and in the same condition, you received it. Your item will need to have the receipt or a confirmation of purchase. We believe that you should feel secure when buying our bespoke products, and our policy is intended to provide you with peace of mind.
Once received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. If we are satisfied that your item meets our return requirements, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the goods are faulty. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable.​​​​​​
